Buy a raffle ticket, costing $1 - buy as many as you want lol - and once 10 tickets have been bought, a draw will take place, and the first name out of the hat will win a cool $5 paid straight into their paypal account.
If there are more than 10 tickets sold, then the prize will go up. For every ticket sold 50c will go into the prize fund, the remaining 50c will be used as site support.
